✨ What an incredible school year it’s been at King’s School of Dance! ✨
As we look back over the past year, we’re so proud of everything our amazing students have achieved. Every performance, class, exam and opportunity has helped our dancers grow in confidence, skill and friendships. ❤️
🩰 September – We launched our brand new Musical Theatre class and were delighted to welcome our fabulous teaching assistant, Kayleigh, to the team.
🏡 October – We performed for the wonderful residents at Sutton Grange Nursing Home.
📸 November – We enjoyed a fantastic free photoshoot with the Southport Photography Group and performed at Halcyon House Care Home.
🎭 December – We held our school show alongside the fantastic dancers from The Learning Rooms. Our students also took to the stage as dancers in the Southport Dramatic Club pantomime.
💜 January – We were delighted to welcome our wonderful Martha back to teach Contemporary and Jazz.
🌸 March – Another lovely performance at Halcyon House Care Home.
📢 April – We had the opportunity to promote our wonderful school, with some of our students helping us spread the word.
🚂 May – Our talented students performed in The Railway Children with Southport Dramatic Club.
🎶 June – We performed on Wesley Street, and all of our exam students completed their Allied Dancing Association exams. We are incredibly proud of every single one of you!
🌞 July – We loved performing at Bebe’s Hive Community Event. We were also thrilled that multiple students and teachers were successfully cast in this year’s Southport Dramatic Club pantomime, which will be performed this December. Congratulations to everyone involved—we can’t wait to see you on stage!
…and we’re not finished yet! 🎉 We still have the Southport Flower Show to look forward to!
