Almost there! Just about finished with sleeve island. It may have to be a quick steam block, but I reckon my Christmas jumper will be ready to go just in time 🤞

This chunky tunic-style sweater is so easy to create, it’s oversized look means it’s great for beginners if you’ve never made a garment before and are worried about sizing!
Stripes are an easy way to practise changing colour which is a great skill to have in your knitting arsenal. The chunky mariner style design is created by working the sweater front and back sideways and then seaming it together to create a boatneck style.
Stitches are then picked up for the sleeves, neckline, and hem which are then knitted in the round.

Want to knit the Stockholm Stripes Raglan but have questions? I’m here to help!

🧶The sweater is worked seamlessly from the top down.
🧶The stripes are worked in blocks of 20 rows/rounds
🧶The neckline is worked flat for the first few rows to help lower the front
neckline.
🧶Stitches are then joined and the sweater is worked in the round, so from that point you're flying!
🧶The collar is added once the sweater is completed, so you can ensure the sizing is just right.
