Capoeira is a Brazilian martial art which encourages play and flow. It helps us tap into our own rhythm and learn to express ourselves through movement.

PLUS!! Today we have our monthly ZINE CLUB, which is open to all ages and abilities. From 2.30pm we come together to get curious, crafty and creative. Walk-ins welcome 👍
