STAINED GLASS POPPIES

Since the new collection is a celebration of Spring I wanted to create a flower which honoured the seed, bud and bloom all together in one piece. A Poppy seemed the most fitting flower to choose since its seed head is just as beautiful as its brightly coloured petals.

INSPIRATION FOR NEXT COLLECTION…

As I’m designing the next collection and deciding what to choose, I’d love to find out which flowers excite you the most in Spring. The varieties you eagerly wait to see pop up in the garden or nearby stomping grounds, the colours you love with their cherished smells.

Some of my favourites are the carpet of Bluebells in our local woodland, my Father in laws beautiful Narcissus collection which he picks for vases around the house making it smell heavenly! And the Cow Parsley where we walk Bramble announcing that Spring has finally sprung 🌷🪻🌿

A Snowdrop Stained Glass Wreath to get my imagination going while I plan / sketch what to include in the next collection.

It’s going to be Spring themed and released before Mothers Day so a special gift can be picked in time 🌷

HIBERNATING FOX

Just like this Christmas Decoration I’m going to take some time to rest & enjoy Christmas with family & friends 🎄

Thank you so much for your endless support towards my little Stained Glass Business this year - you’re making my dreams come true!

Before meeting Ben, I used to daydream of running my own creative business where I made things with my hands in a studio. To be able to spend my time as I wanted without a boss telling me what to do. I longed for a dog that got me outside in nature everyday. I imagined being a mum one day who was available & flexible for her babies while still being creative and self employed.

Somehow after nearly 8 years these dreams are becoming true! It blows my mind if I pause to think about it.

And it’s all because of your help & encouragement ♥️ People are wonderful, you’re ALL wonderful and I can’t thank you enough for the kindness you continue to show me.

Hope you all have gorgeous Christmas time with the people & pets you treasure most.

SNEAKY SHOP UPDATE

After the success of yesterday’s Christmas Market I’m overjoyed by the encouraging support received by people and absolutely LOVED talking to you all in person.

Thank you so much if you came by to chat & purchase a piece, I appreciate your time immensely!

Nearly all of the Heirloom Christmas Decorations were chosen as gifts and many stems plucked on their way to new homes…

BUT there are a few designs left which I’ve now added to website 🥳

There’s no guarantee they’ll be delivered by Christmas as I know there’s lots of postal delays but I will be dispatching Monday keeping all fingers & toes crossed 🤞🏼

If this isn’t the most perfect location to exhibit & sell my Stained Glass Flowers then I don’t know where else is?! The roof detail…😍

As a serious period drama enthusiast I can not wait to visit and walk around pretending I’m in Downtown Abbey 😂 It’s going to be a truly magical Christmas Market with & this Saturday ✨

I’m dying to see all of the other small businesses treasures who will be attending. The line up is sensational! There’s 60 independent quality makers showcasing their work across the entire weekend… what a treat!
