And so another show week is over. Huge congratulations to the incredibly talented Madeleine Ayres , Tracey Peacock and the cast and crew of "Titus Andronicus." The SSC have never performed this play until now and everyone gave 110% to the production. The result was an extraordinarily powerful and unforgettable week in the Dixon Studio.

Thanks to everyone who came along and supported us. If you didn't get the chance to see it, then where were you (!) You missed a quality piece of theatre. This play isn't likely to come around again for quite a while!

As always, we would especially like to thank all of our friends and audience members for their brilliant feedback and messages. So many wonderful comments....it was hugely appreciated. It was a marvellous achievement and a production to look back on with considerable pride.

And so..... we move on from one classic to another in the summer, this time with "Macbeth" - Shakespeare's famous tragedy - in the open air for a change. Something to really look forward to in July. Here's hoping the weather will be more fair than foul !
