Upside down at PDS! 🤸‍♀️✨

A little look behind the scenes at our Handstand Workshop!

We spent the session breaking down handstand technique and working on body alignment, strength, control and confidence — with plenty of individual guidance along the way.

Workshops like this give our dancers the chance to really focus on one particular skill, understand how to perform it correctly and build the confidence to keep progressing. 💪

And, of course, there was lots of time spent upside down! 🙃

We love seeing the determination when our dancers are working towards a new skill. 💕

We want our dancers to work hard and develop great technique, but just as importantly, we want them to LOVE coming to class. ✨
The friendships, confidence and memories made through dance can last far beyond the studio.
