Pitch Your Project: LGBTQIA+ 2026 is giving one local, creative, community-focused project the chance to win a £2,000 bursary to help bring their ideas to life.

👀 Have you explored Kitt’s (aka Lady Kitt) exhibitions at GHT yet?

The exhibition starts with a simple question: what do we really share when we sleep in close proximity?

Drawing on the familiar rituals of sleepovers – midnight feasts, whispered conversations, star-gazing, makeshift forts and sleeping bag stair toboggans – Kitt explores how social sleeping can deepen emotional connection and reshape our understanding of care, intimacy and belonging.

We’re putting the finishing touches together before we launch While We Slumber by Kitt (aka Lady Kitt).

The exhibition begins with a simple question: what do we really share when we sleep in close proximity? Drawing on the familiar rituals of sleepovers – midnight feasts, whispered conversations, star-gazing, makeshift forts and sleeping bag stair toboggans – Kitt explores how social sleeping can deepen emotional connection and reshape our understanding of care, intimacy and belonging.

GHT Opening Hours:
› Launch Event (tonight): 6pm - 9pm
› Saturday: 1:30pm - 5pm (adjusted this week due to a wedding ceremony)
› Sunday: 10am - 4pm
› Monday: 9am - 4pm

You can also relax in our café bar / courtyard and browse our artist shop. Everyone is welcome, including family, friends and four-legged visitors!

Join How To Hear Yourself for a beginner-friendly Songwriting Workshop! A creative space to explore lyrics, melody, storytelling and self-expression.

Together we’ll explore how songs are created, where inspiration comes from, and how feelings, memories and ideas can be transformed into music. You’ll experiment with developing song ideas, writing lyrics, and discovering your own creative voice.

Whether you’ve never written a song before or you’re looking to reconnect with your creativity, this workshop is designed to be a supportive and welcoming space to explore.
