Hey bi***es (you people that like this page you're bi***es but I mean it lovingly) sorry I haven't really posted and stuff, kept getting way too many messages from weird people, but I still want to help people and I'm considering training to finally get an adult job, probably lawyer tbh, having BPD makes me hate my own mental health, any ideas for jobs you think I'd be any good at?

Sorry for the terrible amount of updates last year, happy new year, hope you're all hoping up the best you can and are able to. Currently doing a few days of self care, starting with dyeing my hair to colours I actually love. What's everyone else on this page been up to during the pandemic and over the holidays? 🥰🤩

Something that has always annoyed the hell out of me, certain people's opinions on my personal experiences with EUPD/BPD and that I cannot help others due to what I have personally lived through and live with everyday.

I plan to get my qualifications in the field of psychology. It just hasn't happened yet because we are in the middle of a pandemic.

Hey there everyone, bit of a me story time, I know how quite a few of you here don't really know me and I've had this page a year and thought that was pretty ridiculous.

I'm here to tell some of my life to you all in the hopes we can get to know each other better.

I am Sefie Luna. I hate my real name and I won't respond to it so really don't bother trying to use it.

I was diagnosed with EUPD/BPD in 2009. It's been a long 9 years but i like to think at the age of 31, I finally have a hold on my mental healthcare. Not every day is a good day, life isn't like that but I am far better than I used to be at thinking every bad day I had was me reverting back to square one. For anyone out there struggling honestly, this sounds so cliche but it does get better and you can get the right help.

I started this page with the hopes that I can help some other people with my disorder. I love Japanese fashion and music. I stream on Twitch sometimes if anyone's a gamer.

Hope everyone is coping with everything as best as they can at the moment. It's a crazy time for all of us and want everyone to know that I am here for you :)

Here with friends old and new. Bringing a bad year to an end in a good way. Can't wait for the new things I have planned for the new year. 2020 is going to my year. Resolutions are never kept anyway so I don't have any this year other than to be better than I was last year and grow more as a person :D
