Southampton Gymnastics Club offers the most comprehensive service for gymnastics of any city. 4 decades of experience have witnessed the club's repeated success upon the international, national and regional gymnastics scene. The club caters for children from 18 months of age upwards, starting with its pre-school gymnastics programme, through to the international competitor, whereby specialist faci

lities and coaching expertise are offered. The club's headquarters are located at the Southampton Gymnastics Centre in the grounds of Redbridge Community School, which is purpose built for gymnastics. It boasts a main hall complete with sprung floor, tumble track, fast track, sunken trampoline, and the unique feature of a 'gymnastics pit', which is essential for producing national champions. in addition there is a second sprung floor located in a separate gymnasium, a dance studio and a weights' room.

What a brilliant session Minis Advanced had on Wednesday! 🤸‍♀️✨

There were lots of fantastic improvements from all of our gymnasts, with everyone seeing their scores rise on the board! 📈👏

This session’s focus was Individuals and Listening, and the gymnasts worked so hard to put both skills into practice.

A huge congratulations to Evie and Eloise, who both earned their stars! 🌟 They demonstrated both focuses brilliantly and also showed fantastic leadership by helping our new Minis who joined us this week. 👏

Monday 24th August - Pirates and Mermaids 🏴‍☠️🧜‍♀️

Our Gymnastics Stay & Play Sessions are all about freedom and fun! These unstructured, themed gymnastics play sessions allow preschoolers to move and play with their parent/carers, while a coach supervises to keep the space safe. Each session will see exciting new set ups for the children to explore - it is a new adventure every time! Our Gymnastics Stay and Play sessions are also a great way to meet other parents and little ones!
We can’t wait to welcome you into the gym! 🤸‍♂️

Price: £6.50 per child + £0.30 transaction fee (Non-waking siblings are FREE)

Our Gym Go classes help gymnasts build confidence as they take part independently, supported every step of the way by our friendly and experienced coaches.
Through fun themed circuits and exciting gymnastics activities, they'll develop strength, balance, coordination, and social skills—all while having lots of fun!
