In accordance with the new lockdown, unfortunately we have been forced to remain closed until at least mid February. Anyone that has a booking in January or the first half of February will be automatically converted to a gift voucher and emailed their code to be used at a later date.

As per the government's announcement today, Southampton will be going into a Tier 4 lockdown as of Boxing Day. This means that unfortunately we will have to close our Southampton branch until we hear further details upon when we can reopen.

Any existing bookings we have in December, we will automatically be issuing gift vouchers as a replacement for your game. You will be emailed this in the next few days. Bookings in January and further - we will be awaiting further announcements upon any changes to the tiers for Southampton and will let you know ASAP thereafter.

We will be not be taking any calls on Christmas eve or Christmas day so if you have any queries, please either email us or call us on the 26th. Thank you and keep safe.

We have a brand new christmas-themed online escape room which is covid-friendly and can played across multiple households. BRUCE Saves Christmas is perfect as a family activity over the Christmas period.

Here's how it all works:
1) Assemble your team and arrange a time to get on your favourite video app

3) You will receive an email with an access key
4) When you are ready, go to https://escaperoomonline.co.uk/
5) Enter your access key (you will have 24 hours to play the game once you activate this key)
