TriFest was a real success this year. It's down to the small team of volunteers who put it together, the guys who organised the music and the bands that played, the traders and community groups that had stalls. But most of all it's down to all of you who came along and made it such a great day in the park.

We will go a bit quiet for a while now, but we will be back next year.

Thanks,

Paul

A community festival on Riverside Park with Music, Games, Dog Show, Beer Tent, Stalls & Food

17/07/2026

The weather looks OK for us humans tomorrow but NOT FOR DOGS.

Second Chance Animal Rescue have confirmed that the temperatures are too high to safely run a dog show, so unfortunately, it's cancelled. I know a lot of people will be disappointed but animal welfare comes first. They further advise that, at the moment, it's best not to be walking dogs at all in the afternoon heat.

But everything else is still on.🍦🍺🎸🥳

Remember hats & sun cream though.

Yours,

Paul

Hi All,

Trifest is less than a week away🪅🥳🪇🎸🍺🍦🐕

At the moment the BBC is telling us we will get a bit damp and the Met Office are telling us to take the sun cream so prepair for all eventualities, there are very few seats in this part of the park but you are welcome to bring your own.

We’ve got all the usual stuff: Music, Food, Beer tent, Local traders stalls, Dog Show, etc. This year we will also have a proper stage, a silent disco and toilets on the field.

There are a number of ways to get to us but almost none of them involve a car, parking in the area is very difficult. Check out the website (trifest.uk) for more information about this and everything else about TriFest.

We are looking forward to seeing you all.Yours,

Paul

Hi Everyone.

The festival is starting to look really good with upwards of 50 stalls and a full music list. Along with the dog show, and this year a silent disco and toilets facilities on the field! OK ones a bit more glamorous than the other but loos on the field will make life a lot easier for everyone. Check out our website trifest.uk for more info

We do need help to set up and take down. No skill or particular strength is needed but it may be best not to wear open toed sandals when handling the tents.

We need most help between 09:30 ap-12:30 pm to set up and then 7 pm-8:30 pm to take down. This means that you cal largely just chill out and enjoy the fest in the afternoon.

Please let me know if you can help.

Thanks,

Paul

Have you seen the range of stalls we're going to have at TriFest this year?

Check out our website trifest.uk and this year we'll have toilets on site. Seems a small thing but actually a big thing!

Good news for the bushes.🌿🚽
