Well Southampton Pride 2026 is done, and what a weekend! No many photos to show you all due to the weather changes keeping us on our toes! But the team were no stop all weekend. Set up on Friday we battled the wind, opening day on Saturday and we battled rain, some sun and then some more rain! And Sunday went all too well and then we battled the pack down in what can only be described as a freak storm and the heavens quite literally falling down on us. But we did it. And with all the stress, panic, lack of sleep and a lot of joy, we had the most wonderful and wet time.
Even with all the challenges, the performers carried on and the community came out in force to support us and all of the beautifully talented local artists we had with us! And for that we can only say, Thank You! Thank you for coming out in the awful conditions which made all of our hard work worthwhile! Without you there is no performance so we were so happy our efforts were seen by you all!

The team are now resting well and already gearing up for next year! We will see you there! 🤍🖤🤍🖤

And just like that 2025 is over and we move into a new year with new adventures and challenges. It as been an absolutely amazing year for us, from January 2025 we embarked on a new journey taking over the technical and stage management of The Stage Door and we have loved every minute of it, we have worked with so many amazing people and performers in the venue and we are so grateful for The Stage Door for having us and we are thrilled to say 2026 is only going to get better!
We worked once again with the brilliant team at Southampton Pride on the community stage again making it bigger and better (we cant wait for you to see what we have planned for the stage this year) and once again they were all amazing we couldn’t think of a better team to work with so closely.
Our director Rhys is always working hard to make sure the events we do are a success and this year has been no different, from the day to day work at the stage door to the new events we have worked on like the new One Romsey festival they have all been amazing.
We are so excited for what 2026 has to offer us, we have some really exciting things coming soon so watch out.

From all of us here at RDJ, thank you so much for your support and we hope to see many of you this year on or off stage.

Happy new year,
Team RDJ 🤍🖤
