For all our lovely pupils in exam season.....

First of all, you have got this, you are prepared and we are there for you.

But a few little tips....

👉🏾 Get some morning light. Natural daylight first thing in the morning will help you feel energised and set your circadian rhythms, so you sleep better at night too. Try having breakfast in the garden (if the weather improves 😂) and walking to school.

👉🏾 Before you go to bed, jot down one thing that’s worrying you, one thing you need to remember for tomorrow, and one thing you’ve done really well today. It will ease your stress and build your confidence.

👉🏾 Keep the 3-4-5 breath up your sleeve. Any time you’re feeling anxious you can literally change your brain chemistry and calm your mind. Breathe in for the count of three, hold for four, out for five. Repeat a few times to calm your mind. This is really useful as you turn that exam paper over, or at any time you feel overwhelmed.

Have a little dance too, whether its with us in the Studios, or at home with the dog 😂
Dance always energises you and will always improve your mood too....especially if you try and teach Dad a tricky exercise 😂😂

TEACHING GENERATIONS!

Today was one of those moments I’ll never forget.

One of my very first ballet pupils from 20 years ago came back — this time bringing her own little girl to her first class with LoveBallet 🩰

To see that full circle moment and now be teaching another generation is such an honour. I feel so grateful to do what I do and to be a small part of these children’s journeys.

My heart is very full today. 💖

Show Time isn't just about the Costumes and Routines..... it builds confidence, resilience, discipline and friendships that last a lifetime.

For many of our dancers, this is a place where they grow not just as dancers, but as people too - learning to believe in themselves, to keep going when things are challenging, and to stand tall with pride.

Seeing that journey is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do.
