🚨 IMPORTANT CUSTOMER REMINDER 🚨

Unfortunately, our bouncy castle was hired out last week and upon collection we found it was extremely dirty, with drinks spilled and food pushed into the seams. This resulted in a huge, time-consuming cleaning job for us to bring it back to standard.

Please remember, we take a £50 deposit on delivery for damage/cleaning. If a castle is returned with food or drink spilled on it, your £50 deposit will be kept as a cleaning fee.

We understand grass, outdoor marks and general mess, that’s expected. We also understand that the castle is white, so this will always be a risk. However, if you are hiring a white castle out, you should already know it needs to be kept clean.

Food and drinks on the bouncy castle are not acceptable.

Please supervise your children. If they have food or drink, ask them to step off the castle.

Please respect our equipment and help us keep it clean for the next customer.
