Enigma Escapes

Hi everyone,
Hope you all had a good festive break and New Year!

We want to thank everyone for their amazing support of us, but unfortunately, we have decided to close Enigma Escapes on the 31st March 2024.

We understand some of you received gift cards for us recently, and we encourage you to use them before this date if you are planning to use them for The TrAIn.

We will be advertising the business for sale very soon, and if anyone is interested, please get in touch for more info. If the business is sold, we will ensure that any outstanding credit or gift cards will be honoured.

Although this is the end of this chapter, we are strong believers of never saying never (yes, I know I just said it twice...) Should the circumstances align where we can reopen with new games and concepts, you can bet we will take it.

Hopefully, we will see you all down the road one day.

We have a new record!!

I promised the kids that if they beat the best time, they could have a long play on the VR headsets... they only went and did it!

Beating the train with 18 minutes to spare, they certainly set a new goal for all players.

And before you all ask, the kids had a great time on the VRs as I promised.

We have had a lot of queries regarding gift cards lately, so I thought I'd answer some of the FAQs here.

Q. Do we offer gift cards?
A. Yes! E-gift cards are available at https://www.enigmaescapes.co.uk/giftcards

Q. Can I check my balance online?
A. Yes, you can check it at https://www.enigmaescapes.co.uk/checkbalance

Q. Do I need to use it on a specific product?
A. No, you can use it on anything, including the gaming sessions, VR game, or even the snacks in store!

Q. When do they expire?
A. We don't set an expiry date on them. We will publish a public post if this changes.

Q. Do you offer a physical gift card?
A. Not as of yet officially. But we are looking into this.
