📢 Important Update to Our Deposit Policy
Due to an increasing number of last-minute cancellations, reschedules, and missed appointments, we have made the decision to update our booking policy with immediate effect.
From now on, a 50% deposit will be required to secure all tattoo appointments. This change is not aimed at our loyal and regular clients, whom we greatly appreciate, but is necessary to protect valuable appointment time and ensure fairness for all customers.
Rescheduling Policy
A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required if you need to reschedule your appointment.
If less than 48 hours' notice is given, your deposit will be forfeited.
A new deposit will be required before another appointment can be booked.
Please Note
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Appointments are booked on a first come, first served basis.
We are unable to "pencil in" appointments or hold dates without a deposit.
Deposits must be paid at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
We appreciate your understanding and continued support. These changes allow us to provide the best possible service to all of our clients and ensure appointment availability is managed fairly.
