Are you interested in promoting inclusion, equality, social justice and unlocking the potential of self-directed support, so that people can exercise their rights and responsibilities as equal citizens and access the support that is right for them? Then the 'Working Together for Change' programme may be just be the right programme for you. We are inviting applications from adults who receive social care, their families and carers; people who work in social work, social care, and health and community services. The course is delivered to intentionally encourage the building of new alliances and connections between people who can make a difference to how self-directed support works. Our application process is NOW OPEN and the closing date for all completed applications is MONDAY, 29TH AUGUST 2022. Check out the details in this short video.
