Aerial hoop for adults on Wednesday evenings 8.30 - 9.30pm.

Our aerial hoop classes are designed to build strength💪 and improve flexibility 🤸‍♀️in a focused, yet fun environment!

Our Under 16's classes start back up again this Friday (9th Jan) running from 7 - 8pm
