St Augustines Musical Theatre Company We are a musical theatre company based in Solihull, West Midlands.

Founded in 1974, we are a vibrant musical Solihull-based theatre company bringing high-quality productions to the community for 50 years. 2024 marked our Golden Anniversary, celebrating half a century of talent, passion and unforgettable performances. Our current production is 'SHREK THE MUSICAL', the fun-packed musical extravaganza based on the 2001 animated Dreamwork film 'Shrek', which will be

staged at The Core Theatre, Solihull from 14 to 18 November 2023. Tickets can be booked online on The Core Theatre's website, by telephone on 0121 705 2789 (Ticket Secretary - no booking fee) or Theatre Box Office 0121 704 6962.

Sue, who plays Pam Lee in The Great British Bake Off Musical, was spotted proudly wearing her Bake Off t-shirt while exploring the beautiful waterfront city of Trieste, Italy 🇮🇹

🧺☀️ Happy National Picnic Week! ☀️🧺

There are few things more British than a picnic. A blanket on the grass, a basket full of treats and the eternal hope that the weather will behave itself for at least an hour. 😄

Sandwiches, sausage rolls, cakes, quiches and sweet treats all have their place in the perfect picnic hamper. In fact, it sounds suspiciously like the sort of challenge our Bake Off bakers would love.

Although knowing our contestants, someone would forget the cutlery, drop a tart in the grass or discover they’ve packed a soggy bottom. 🤭

Here’s to sunshine, good company and plenty of delicious food!

There have been reports of a suspiciously cool individual spotted on the beach at Bamburgh… 😎

After careful investigation, we can confirm it was Harvey from our ensemble, sporting his Bake Off Musical T-shirt while enjoying the Northumberland sunshine. 🌞🏖️

Bonus points for the sunglasses. We think he may be auditioning for “Coolest Baker on the Beach.” 😎🍰
