Almost there…we can’t wait to welcome you to this year’s Hampton Festival but have to do the boring bit, with a few requests:
Whilst dogs are welcome (& actively encouraged as part of the Dog Show), they need to be kept on a lead please.
Can we also please insist that, for the safety of those attending & the valuable cars on display, children (& adults!!) do not attend on bikes or scooters (motorised or otherwise)! Anyone putting visitors or the cars at risk may be asked to leave.
Finally, come and join us for a fun day out 🤩

There’s just one day to go until this years Hampton Festival kicks off!
We’ve been busy getting everything ready & today Urban Audio Productions have been onsite and done an amazing job installing our stage, sound & lighting. At the moment it’s still an empty sports ground but we can’t wait to see you tomorrow when it becomes a hive of activity…

Finally, we are really trying to get this wonderful part of the Festival back up and running again! Before COVID this was a really well attended, fun family lunch held straight after the church service. Everyone would stay, more families would join and there was a lovely relaxed atmosphere as the children played and the adults chilled (or snoozed after the night before!) Please support this event by coming down with a picnic, playing some games and finishing festival weekend on a high! 🤩

The Scouts and Guides Association are running their Baking Competition again this year.
With a World Cup Football theme, we’d like to encourage all budding bakers to get in the kitchen and whip up some delights to enter next Saturday! 🧁 🍰

We listened to your feedback last year and have moved the Dog Show back an hour to allow more people to get down and enter, so please bring your pooch down and join in supporting Birmingham Dog’s Home. You can register just before the start of each category. This is always a good one to watch for those attending too, so be by the main stage at 12pm! 🐕
