Nobody else will tell you this… so I will.
If these bridal makeup looks are on your Pinterest board, here’s what you need to know 👀
✨That “natural bridal makeup” you typed into Pinterest?
Usually full coverage foundation.
✨That blurred, flawless skin?
Usually great skincare underneath.
✨Some of those “perfect” bridal photos?
AI generated.
✨And that “no makeup makeup” bridal look?
Still a full glam technique.
Pinterest doesn’t always show the fine print.
And whilst I love Pinterest for inspiration, what I care about more is your features, your skin and how makeup will actually look in real life and in photos.
Because the goal isn’t copying a Pinterest photo.
It’s creating bridal makeup that works for you.
Sometimes that means medium coverage skin so you glow in photos, not chasing a “barely there” look that only works on models with unreal skin.
If you’re unsure what bridal makeup would actually suit you, the best thing you can do is send your makeup artist photos of the makeup you already wear and love.
From there we can recommend what will work best for your features.
If you want personalised inspo, comment GLAM and I’ll send you some bridal makeup looks that will work beautifully for you 🤍
