Solihull Creative Textiles We are a creative stitch group & welcome anyone with an interest in stitch, textiles & embroidery

We are an independent creative textile group and if you love stitch, embroidery, sewing, textiles and craft then we are the group for you. If you would like to find out more about our group, we welcome new members and visitors. You do not need to be an accomplished stitcher - just an interest in creative textiles and a desire to have some fun with like minded people. We meet up on the 1st Tuesday

of each month at Solihull Methodist Church Hall. 7.30 - 9.30

We also hold monthly workshops on the 2nd Saturday of each month at Shirley Institute, Church Road, Shirley. Come along to one of our evening monthly meetings, check out our programme page, find us on Facebook, Instagram or email [email protected] for further details.

Our speaker this month was Gibier aka 's Little Shop. She gave a fascinating talk about how she got started in the world of embroidery and goldwork. She is now an expert embroidery tutor in goldwork and we are welcoming her back on 12th July to teach a workshop on how to create a stunning purple beetle using goldwork and stumpwork techniques.
