Sculpting to me, is a very sensual and emotional experience. Starting with a lump of clay and an idea or image of what I want to create… often leads to something else emerging from the clay… that is the moment I find myself saying “Hello little one! There you are…” Far from this being madness… the beauty of those moments are intimate and special for me. I am a massive fan of evolving, learning, ex

perimenting, sharing, collaborating… I have enormous respect for the traditional ways of sculpting and have enjoyed education and the challenges of learning under masters in sculpture. Armed with the importance of knowing (well, tbh, this a constant learning curve) the anatomy and technical side of measuring perspective, for me, I love to combine this with a contemporary and intuitive approach to sculpting.

Wee Petra will soon be making her way down to London! 🐾 🐾

I’m incredibly honoured to have Wee Petra amongst this year’s finalists of the David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation Wildlife Artist of the Year 2026, selected from almost 1,500 entries from 60 countries 🌎 There are 164 fabulous artworks in the exhibition and I’m excited to see them all together and meet fellow artists & friends at the Mall Galleries in London, 8th - 12th September.

50% of the sale price of the artworks goes to David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation 🐾🐾 , helping to support their vital conservation work protecting endangered wildlife across Africa and Asia. ❤️

Wee Petra is now available to view online, along with all the other finalists, and People’s Choice voting is open. 🗳️

Have a browse, there really is some extraordinary work this year. I’m in awe of these artists and what they do to help conservation and creating awareness through art 🐆🐾🐾 Please vote, it really helps us artist 👩‍🎨… and of course, if a certain little Eurasian lynx happens to catch your eye… 🐾😉

📣 Super excited to share that my Totem Ram has been selected by Broadway Arts Festival as a Finalist 💃🏼🍾🎉🙏🏼 I LOVE this exhibition and I am so privileged to have been selected three years in a row 🙏🏼 Thank you to the selection judges 🙏🏼🧡

Totem Ram is Foundry Bronze and is part of a Limited Edition of 12 🧡

Lean on me is a limited edition in foundry bronze resting on driftwood and set on slate… I love this piece 🧡

🤍 The world has lost a legend... What an extraordinary woman Dolly Parton was. Strong, fiercely independent, incredibly sharp, kind and completely unapologetic about being herself, which I loved about her! Behind her physical presence and playfulness was an incredibly talented songwriter and a very switched on businesswoman who held her own in a male dominated industry and did things her way. 💃🏼

She wrote thousands of songs including I Will Always Love You, made famous by Whitney Houston… although I prefer Dolly’s version 💜

She showed the world that you could be feminine, intelligent, witty and kind... and still be an absolute force to be reckoned with. 💪🏼

🤍 What a woman! What a legend! Rest in peace fabulous Dolly, we will always love you 🤍

I’m hugely privileged to be exhibiting in September at The Mall Galleries with David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation and then to be returning to this prestigious gallery a few weeks later with Makwa 🙏🏼🧡

💔I have tried so many times to share this post to let you know the heartbreaking news that our gorgeous Yuri passed away… 💔 Losing my beautiful boy 7 weeks to the day and the hour of Fin, literally broke me 💔

I have never grieved like this before. To say I’m broken and lost without my two best friends is a massive understatement.

I honour you Yuri, you gorgeous, gentle, giving, beautiful boy 🙏 Thank you for your total, unconditional love. Thank you for your service and support to Dom through his difficult times. Thank you for the endless cuddles and kisses. Thank you for this love you filled me with. 🙏❤️‍🩹
