THE ABBEY CÉILÍ BAND will be playing in the Slough Irish Club for the JIM FILGATE WEEKEND on Sat 21 & Sun 22 November 2026.
Sunday morning from 11:30am there will be a set dancing workshop with Joe McGorrin.

A big thank you to all our set dancing friends who joined us in Slough for the JRCB’26 Weekend.

A special thank you to Johnny, Catriona, Mike, and Rachel for the fabulous music. The energy and atmosphere throughout the weekend was fantastic, and we all had a wonderful time.

We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to Joe McGorrin for teaching the Sunday morning workshop.

Thank you to all the dancers who travelled from across the UK, Ireland, and Europe to be with us. We are also grateful to the friends and family who supported the weekend, the many helpers and drivers, and everyone who donated raffle prizes.

We look forward to seeing you all on a dance floor again soon. 💚
