The screams are what you see. This is what happens behind the scenes. 💀

The past 2 days at the Creative, we’ve been knee-deep in Fear, creating maps, signage and marketing elements that bring the experience to life before guests even step inside.

And that’s alongside developing concepts, writing scripts, casting, rehearsing and managing the performers to keep everything running smoothly.

A great horror experience takes more than a good scare. It takes a clear creative vision, detailed planning and a team who can bring every part together, from the first invitation to the very final scream.

That’s what we do. The big ideas, the small details and all the work you never see.

Do you remember drive-in panto? 🚗✨

During the pandemic, Gary Starr Creative joined forces with The Parking Lot Social to create two touring productions of Cinderella, allowing families to enjoy panto from their cars.

These bespoke horror boxes are a perfect example.

Created as part of the invitation process for Fear Island, we’ve produced everything from chained skulls and a seriously sinister Jack-in-the-Box for SNAP, to this year’s macabre deliveries featuring hearts, blood packs and even a severed foot in a box!

Because for us, the experience doesn’t start when the audience walks through the gates. It starts with the invitation.
