Aby Ceramics by Alan I am a craft potter based in Aby, Lincolnshire. My work is inspired by the Lincolnshire coast and wolds, using found objects to decorate my pottery.

In 2020 I took the opportunity to set up a home studio specialising in slab and thrown ware with a decorative style based on natural form, alongside copper Raku pottery. Specialising in slab made work and wall pieces alongside, thrown and altered stoneware eg mugs and vases . While also exploring the immediacy and theatre of Raku pottery with its bright fire infused copper colours.
