Witness Islwyn’s Legacy at Hive Shrewsbury throughout September…

September's Exhibition - NOW OPEN: Islwyn's Legacy.

A rare opportunity to see some of the unusual and mysterious objects and articles that make up Islwyn’s Legacy as curated by local artist, Fil Davies.
Consisting of a series of collages each made up from of an assortment of clippings, small items, pictures and other strange objects from Islwyn’s collection, the exhibition covers diverse subjects such as fairies, the Yeti, and Slenderman amongst others.

Also included are entries from Ex Libris Arcana, Islwyn’s library of the esoteric. An eclectic collection of arcane books and other items as strange and old as the subjects they present.

The Hive's Gallery is open Tuesday - Friday from 10 am - 4.30 pm. This versatile
space allows us to showcase creative work by local and national artists
and makers
