Giant Leap Improv

Hi all!
Jams Nights have still not resurfaced for Giant Leap, but some Shrewsbury improvised comedy has still been going on (in the shadows)...

On the 9th and 16th of February, we're continuing our open improv rehearsals at the Hive Shrewsbury.
We run from 7pm to 9.30pm in the Gallery space.

While we aim to build a performance team in the long run, for now these sessions are open to everyone, from absolute beginners to skilled professionals, and are totally FREE.

Hi all! Thanks everyone who made it to last night's rehearsal! I particularly enjoyed working out with your brains how to improve how we play "Poem and Poet".
Another rehearsal in 2 weeks - 24th November @ the Hive.

And THIS THURSDAY - 7:30pm-9:30pm, Free Improv Jam @ the The Underground, Shrewsbury - by Elephant & Co.

Hi all! Sorry for the late notice!
TOMORROW EVENING (Monday 10th November) 7pm-9:30pm
we've rented this space at the Hive Shrewsbury (5 Belmont, SY1 1TE
for an Improv Rehearsal.

Rather than playing to an audience, we'll learn shortform games together as a group, with a lot more space to make mistakes as we learn and try new things out.
We'll play some games we play at Jam nights, but with feedback and coaching to help get better at them!

These sessions are currently FREE, with another one in a fortnight (Monday 24th November),and while our long-term plan is build a team of performers out of these, for now everyone is welcome, including absolute beginners!
