🎻 Changing violin strings — a skill every string player should learn!

A few weeks ago it was time to change my violin strings, so I recorded the process to share with you. Looking after your instrument is just as important as practising — and learning how to change strings properly is a big part of that.

✨ My biggest tips:
• Change one string at a time (this helps keep the bridge in place)
• Don’t rush — slow and steady wins
• If it’s your first time, have a teacher guide you
• Always tune up gradually, not all at once

If you’re a student or parent of a string player — this is a great skill to build early 🎶
