Next Wednesday 12th, we're raising money for the charity Read For Good with an online Bedtime Stories read of Winnie the Pooh, celebrating 100 years of the Hundred Acre Wood. Tickets are pay-as-you-feel, with all proceeds going to charity:

People of West Sussex, get involved and have your sat on the future of tackling the climate crisis in our local area.

HAVE YOUR SAY ON THE FUTURE OF CLIMATE ACTION IN WEST SUSSEX!

Protecting our environment, tackling climate change and making our communities more resilient are issues that matter a great deal to me.

West Sussex County Council and our district and borough councils have launched a public consultation on a new county-wide climate action plan, and I'd really encourage anyone who lives or works in West Sussex to take a few minutes to share their views.

The draft plans cover everything from improving energy efficiency and supporting greener travel to preparing for the impacts of flooding and extreme heat.

Whether climate change is your top priority or just one of many issues you care about, this is an opportunity to help shape the decisions that will affect our county in the years ahead.

The consultation is open until 27 September. You can take part here:
