If you are booked in this week, make sure you eat a little something before your appointment. I know it's hard to find an appetite this weather, but it will prevent you from feeling light headed.
Bring hydration, you will need it. Also a little snack may be needed too.
We want to make sure everyone stays safe in this weather.
Extreme heat does increase the chances of fainting. We will do our best to make sure you don't.
