👠 HEELS IS BACK! 👠

We’re kicking off our new Autumn/Winter term with Heels this Bank Holiday Monday, 31 August! 🔥

And we’re coming back with a little something extra… our Heels classes are now extended to 1 hour 15 minutes! 🙌

Whether you love learning choreography, want to improve your technique, or simply want to feel stronger, more confident and comfortable dancing in heels, we’ve got two classes every week for you:

👠 Heels Choreography (Open Level)
Mondays | 6-7.15pm

👠 Heels Technique & Fundamentals
Wednesdays | 6-7.15pm
Starts Wednesday 2 September

OUR NEW AUTUMN/WINTER TIMETABLE IS HERE! 🍂

On 8 August, Revolution Studios officially turned 11 years old! 🥳 After a little break over August, we’re coming back ready to celebrate, with lots of special events, socials and celebrations happening throughout the Autumn/Winter term. ✨

We’re kicking off Monday 31 August with lots to look forward to — from extended Heels classes and the return of Belly Dance, to new Kizomba courses, Salsa Footwork & Body Movement, NY Salsa Partnerwork and a brand-new Hip Hop • Commercial • Fusion • Choreo class!

Whether you’re completely new to dance or looking to level up, there’s something for you. 💃🏽

Our new Kizomba courses with Antonio Filipe are starting up again very soon at Revolution Studios! 🇦🇴 
✨ Kizomba Beginners & Fundamentals Wednesdays at 8.15pm | Starts 9 September

✨ Kizomba Level Up | Improver/Intermediate
Mondays at 8.15pm | Starts 7 September

Both courses are progressive, structured programmes designed to help you develop your technique, connection, musicality and confidence week by week.

Places are limited, so make sure you sign up ASAP to secure your place — don’t leave it until the last minute and risk missing out!

Our Sunday Salsa Social is back on Sunday 16 August! 💃🏻🕺🏽

Although most of our regular classes are on hiatus until September, we wanted to break up our summer break a little and still host our Sunday Salsa Social! ❤️

Join us from 3.30pm–6.30pm for an afternoon of great music, plenty of dancing and a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Whether you’re a regular at our socials or it’s your first time joining us, we’d love to see you there!

✨ FROM RUMBA TO SALSA – THE CUBAN ROOTS SERIES | PART 2 ✨ with master teachers ✨ Yersin & Yesica ✨ 
Our Part 2 is finally here... and it’s the perfect way to wrap up our Spring/Summer term before our August break! 🔥🇨🇺
Join us on Saturday 1st August for Part 2 of our Cuban Roots Series as we continue our journey through the roots, culture, musicality and essence of Afro-Cuban dance. 
This time, we’ll dive deeper into the foundations of Guaguancó, exploring the movement, rhythm, musicality, expression and cultural influences that continue to shape Salsa today. 
Whether you dance Cuban Salsa, LA Style, NY Style, or simply want to develop a deeper understanding of the music and culture behind the dance, this workshop will elevate your movement, timing, expression and musical awareness. 
No need to have attended Part 1 – everyone is welcome!

This coming Wednesday, we have an exciting Kizomba Ladies Styling & Ginga Pop-Up Class with Jaleh! ✨ 
You’ve been asking for Kizomba ladies styling classes... and we’re finally making it happen! If you’ve been wanting to improve your styling, ginga, body movement and confidence on the social dance floor, this is the perfect opportunity. 
📅 Wednesday 22 July 🕖 7pm to 8.30pm 
Suitable for ladies of all levels, this 90-minute workshop will include technique exercises, movement drills and a short choreography, with a focus on helping you naturally incorporate everything you learn into your Kizomba social dancing, improving your following, confidence, enjoyment and overall style. 
No partner required.

🎶 4 WK SALSA MUSICALITY & MOVEMENT COURSE STARTS TONIGHT! 🎶

Ready to move beyond simply dancing on the counts and start truly dancing with the music?

Join Attila & Jaleh TONIGHT at 7:30pm (10 June) for the start of our brand new 4-week Salsa Musicality & Movement Course.

Over 4 weeks, you’ll learn a choreographed solo routine to a classic salsa track while exploring:

✨ Musical phrasing & structure
✨ Different instruments, rhythms & accents
✨ Body movement & musical interpretation
✨ Timing variations & rhythm exercises
✨ Expression, texture & dynamics
✨ Solo salsa confidence
✨ How to break away from predictable patterns and truly connect with the music

This course is designed to help you hear salsa differently, feel it more deeply, and express it more creatively in your dancing.

🎵 SALSA MUSICALITY POP-UP CLASS 🎵

Join Attila & Jaleh this Wednesday from 7:30pm–8:30pm for a special introduction to Salsa Musicality!

Discover the instruments, rhythms and musical layers that make salsa come alive, and learn how to translate what you hear into your dancing. Through solo footwork, movement exercises and musical interpretation, you’ll start to build a deeper connection with the music and gain tools to dance with more confidence, creativity and expression.

This class will also give you a sneak peek into our upcoming 4-week Salsa Musicality Course, allowing you to experience some of the concepts we’ll be exploring in much greater depth over the following weeks.
