‘Paradise’ ~ April 2026

Took a bit of time to let the dust settle after another fantastic show. Paradise was our 5th show since setting up back in 2024 and was by far the most enjoyable and rewarding experience I have ever been apart of. Before closing out, I would like to just take a moment to thank some people who were crucial to the success of this show.

Firstly, our extremely talented and dedicated crew, Lucas, Amelie & Barney. Lucas has been with Vision Theatre Company since our second show back in 2024 and continues to elevate our shows each and every time, leading our technical department, he goes above and beyond with his vision to excel every show to a professional level and we would not be able to do the things we do at such an ambitious level without him. Amelie and Barney also joined us during Paradise, for their first show with Vision and helped us elevate the presentation and production element to a level above anything we had done before. From set building, set painting and set dressing as well as being stage managers for our show, they were professional and went above and beyond from the get go, and were crucial parts of this project.

Leanne from Blue Photographic has joined Vision for her second show after being apart of Class of ‘25. It was great to have Leanne on board again for another show. From Professional headshots for our cast lists, to rehearsals shots and dress run photos, Leanne was crucial in helping us advertise our show for socials. As well as her usual role, she was also a massive part in helping us bring our vision alive, especially our more thought provoking storylines, ensuring they came across respectful and in the correct manner. Leanne is a huge part of our Vision Family and we look forward to her being apart of shows to come.

Finally, a thanks to our incredible cast, in the 15 years I have been doing shows, this has been by far the most hard working, dedicated and passionate cast I have had the pleasure of directing and performing along side of. You’re all a credit to yourselves and it’s an honour having you all part of Vision Theatre Company.

“Sometimes the best destinations have the hardest journeys”

We planned to make 2025 our best year yet, push boundaries, go bigger than we ever have before. After one of the most intense projects we have ever tried has now come to an end, what an incredible experience it has been. 9 weeks of intense rehearsals, hurdles and obstacles put in our way and this cast has been incredible from the get go to ensure we put on an amazing show. A huge thanks to all the cast and crew who put in hours of literal blood, sweat and tears to ensure we put on an incredible show.

A huge thanks to the Eppic Theatre for their continued support in making sure we have a place to rehearse and put on our shows. Another thanks to Blue Photographic who has been incredible from the get go (keep an eye out on our page this week for all Class of ‘25 photos) we can’t wait to work with you again on future projects.
