Fresh from their takeover of last Sunday (which helped raise another £43 towards Sharrow Festival!) Hybrid3 brings their group of young talented musicians to Adventures as part of the festival on 4th July.

Make sure you drop in and see the next generation of local artists!

Hybrid 3 is a youth-led creative organisation providing high-quality music, sound and storytelling opportunities for young people and adults. They work particularly with those facing barriers to access, supporting them to develop their voice, improve wellbeing, and access pathways into creativity, education and employment.

Adventures is Sharrow Community Forum’s brand-new community hub, funded by The Youth Investment Fund. The Adventures community hub is a beacon of aspiration for Sharrow’s young people.

*Musicians wanted for the small park BIG RUN Buskers' Hour – Sunday 21 June, 11am–12pm*

We're looking for volunteer musicians to play around the 1km loop of Meersbrook Park during the final hour of small park BIG RUN, our 24-hour community festival and fundraising event for Palestinian children's and women's charities, particularly in Gaza.

Last year the event raised more than £20,000. Alongside the running and walking, there will be crafts, films, a community meal, the Palestine Voices tent and our BIG SING on the BIG SCREEN, featuring a live video link with children in Gaza.

The Buskers' Hour leads into this special moment. Musicians are dotted around the park, playing to runners and walkers as they complete their laps. All styles are welcome – from folk and ceilidh to jazz, rock and metal.
