This week the wonderful Lee Morris from Optimise Learning came to talk to us about Mental Health awareness! He shared lots of helpful ideas on what to look for in others and ourselves, how to look after our own mental health and of those around us and reminded us that it’s ok not to be ok. Looking after our young cast is so important to us and watching Lee getting them to open up and engage with him was so good to see. Thank you Lee for all your insights and advice we are very grateful! ❤️
