Embers Theatre Company 🎭 We’re an adult theatre family based in Eckington, rehearsing in Halfway & Barlborough.

From writing scripts to props, acting, singing, dancing & backstage magic, we perform 3–4 shows a year full of laughter, creativity & community! A group of friendly people who love amateur theatre and want to share it with the local community.

Quartet celebrates the chaos, charm and comedy of getting older — and our cast delivered it with heart, grit and a whole lot of laughter. Thank you to everyone who came to support this four‑person powerhouse as they tackled one of our biggest scripts yet. Your presence made every moment worth it. Last night, after the Quartet performance, a ring was found on the floor near seating and handed into the bar. If you have lost a ring, please pop visit Barlborough Miners Welfare during their opening hours (Thur-Mon, 7pm) to collect - you will need to describe what the ring looks like before they can hand it over.
