Sue La La Circus Artist

Sue La La Circus Artist Sue is a UK based circus artist, specialising in aerial acts, fire and stilt performance. It was in Australia that she first tried trapeze and was hooked!

Sue's fascination with circus started many years ago when she first went to Glastonbury festival and saw the many weird and wonderful acts and happenings. She bought her first set of fire poi and took off travelling to India and beyond. On her return to the UK in 2002 she enrolled on Greentop Circus's "Circus in Performance" course and then Polichinello Circus acrobatic school - which propelled he

r fascination into a full blown obsession! Since then she has performed for touring tented circus, theatre, pantomimes and festivals including Glastonbury. Don't look back! Or down! Sue is also a trained costume maker and designer, who makes all her own costumes for her acts. Want something different? Contact me….. Here's some lovely pictures from my silks performance Maui Waui festival. This was the first performance since breaking my ACL in January, it's still broken BTW. I was really worried that it would be too much for me, but I enjoyed being back in the air again!

I found this cute little motorbike parked by my caravan when I was Maui Waui festival last weekend. Of course I had to jump on for a photoshoot in my rock godess aerial costume!
When I caught up with the owner he was very amused. Next time I'll get a ride on it.
