Capoeira Senzala Sheffield We provide enjoyable and challenging classes for adults and children, workshops in schools and the community, events and performances.

Capoeira will give you the opportunity to actively engage with Brazilian heritage. Learning to dance, play, fight, and perform acrobatic skills at the same time on the addictive rhythms from Brazil. Capoeira is great for physical training, it conditions your body and makes you look great without getting bored. Because a lot of training is done with partners there is a real opportunity to learn to

know and socialize the other participants in the class unlike any other group exercise class. With capoeira comes the connection of learning Samba, Makulele and Funky parties with the spirit of Brazilian Carnaval. Capoeira is for everybody, all ages, all sizes and of course both gender, this is a chance to learn to play fight better than in any computer game.

Happy New Year
I know allot of us have set New Years resolutions! Why not give Capoeria a try this Saturday 3rd.
I highly recommend for both for kids and adults! It's not just another activity offeres so much more ; learn to play traditional instruments, learn to speak Portuguese, join a community, build core strength, fine motor skills and build your fitness level.

Adult classes : Monday & Friday 6:30 pm to 8pm
