Hal of Hallamshire & Friends Hallamshire Forest Theatre, walkabout and puppet entertainment inspired by South Yorkshire's Hallamshire Forest, provided by Dave Dickinson.

Hal has made a home in the woods of Northern Sheffield, roaming from the Chapeltown Woodlands through Greno & Wharncliffe Wood through to the Loxely, Ewden and Little Don Valleys. Once home to Hal's father the Wantley Dragon, Hal calls these woodlands collectively the Hallamshire Forest. If you're very lucky you may spot one or two dragon tracks and signs in and around the Hallamshire Forest. If not Hal makes occasional visits to events in and around Northern Sheffield.
