This November, TOADS will be fundraising for a great cause, Roundabout Homeless

Roundabout is South Yorkshire’s youth homeless charity. They are committed to ending youth homelessness and believe that with a safe place to live and tailored support, a young person can progress to independence and successfully break the cycle of homelessness.

They have supported thousands of young people since they began in 1977, and now support over 380 young people aged 16-25 every day. No route to homelessness is the same and some young people just need a bit of support at a difficult time, but sadly the majority of young people they see have experienced an element of childhood trauma. Without intervention, it is this experience that can potentially carve the path that they follow for the rest of their lives.

To learn more about what they do, please visit www.roundabouthomeless.co.uk

We hold raffles during each of our performances, and all money raised from ticket sales will go directly to Roundabout. Raffle tickets can be bought just after you enter the hall.

You can buy tickets now for our performances of 'The Haunting of Hill House' by emailing [email protected]

We look forward to seeing you all in November!

Four Strangers. A fatal invitation. Welcome to Hill House.

Cut off from the outside world and steeped in a sinister, blood-chilling reputation, Hill House has stood empty for years. Until now.

Determined to unlock the secrets of the infamous manor, scientist Dr. Montague invites three strangers to join him for a perilous experiment. Each is unacquainted, but each harbours their own secret reasons for stepping over the threshold.

What begins as a thrilling psychological exercise quickly descends into a waking nightmare. As the house unleashes logic-defying horrors, the guests’ jovial façade shatters into mounting paranoia. But when unexpected visitors arrive to recklessly provoke the spirits, they push the paranormal activity into overdrive.

Hill House has awakened. Its evil forces are hungry. And someone won't be making it out alive...

WEDNESDAY 11th - SATURDAY 14th NOVEMBER 2026.

SAVE THE DATE!!

We usually have play readings every Tuesday in June, but we're taking a break this week due to the heat.

(Side note - this is great news for those of us who are part vampire and prefer the shade. And I mean me when I say that. Signed, the Toads Marketing Officer 🤣)

We'll be back to our regular schedule next week, and we'll announce in July what our next play will be!

It was Macbeth, but not as you know it!

In May 2026, we performed the Farndale Avenue version of Macbeth, and loved every single chaotic moment of it.

Unwilling witches, unruly props, tantrums, tears, and a meringue to the face every night, we had an amazing time and thank our wonderful audience for their incredibly warm reception.

Readings for our November play are happening at the moment, we’ll be tackling something slightly different next time, so keep your eyes peeled…
