After trying many many bitters we have landed on Feckless from RedWillow Brewery

Coming from over the hills in Macclesfield this dark, malty and delicious best bitter will be a permanent fixture on the bar. Perfect for those cooler days!

We’ve got a very special event to announce!! On the 5th of September we’ll be hosting a Palestine Fundraiser & supporting the incredible Palestine Children’s Relief Fund

From 1pm we’ll have Chumz doing some live mural painting

We’ve got some great DJs playing funky and worldly music from 2:30-7:30pm

There will be a raffle with prizes donated from some of our favourite local businesses, all proceeds will be going to the children’s fund

Finally we’ll have some delicious homemade cakes and bakes for sale!

Wednesday is our weekly pub quiz and this week we’ve got a very special collab with , a brand new book shop and bar in Crookes, we will have some prize vouchers for you to go and check out their new spacel quiz starts at 8pm, free entry

Saturday we’ve got a Love & Fire Dub takeover event with Hill & Gully sound system, we’ll have music playing from 2-9pm outdoors (weather permitting) and some absolutely bangin caribbean food from , free entry

Bank holiday Sunday join us for some funky, rare groove, afro disco tunes from e • linga sound, a Sheffield-based DJ, music selector, and radio host. Music from 6-10pm outside (hopefully!!), free entry

We’ve got another special show to add to your calendars, 3rd September come join us for a unique event where live coders create improvised music using coding. This genre is known as Algorave and brought to you by Sheffield Pattern Club. They are a group who explore patterns in craft, technology, music, performing arts, etc.

NEW GIG ALERT

The 900 is the UK’s first and only Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater cover band. They play live rock, punk, and metal hits from the classic video game soundtracks and have even performed live with Tony Hawk.

Support from Molars, an emerging emo / alternative rock band originating from Nottingham. Known for blending 1990s Midwest emo with energetic pop-punk.

Also playing is Milk Float, anactive indie, shoegaze, and midwest emo-style underground band based in Sheffield.

Thursday is our wild card this week. We've got live electronica, from bands Eyes Down Bingo Masters - emotive synths, catchy beats, quirky storytelling - and Low Jeopardy - where no two gigs are the same, spontaneous and creative. Guest vocalist Eleanor Hooper and pretty from the Buddhist punk. 🎧🔮
