My Fitsteps online class next Saturday (9th May) at 9:30am on Zoom is an event in aid of the Sevenoaks charity "Friends for Families" who support disadvantaged families in the Sevenoaks area. Their services, such as food deliveries, are particularly in need at this time, so I thought it would be lovely to do something for them. Please donate what you can here:
