Also supporting our folk festival is the mighty Harwich international shanty festival. We at Pigs' Ear love a shanty festival (we even volunteer at Harwich) and think everyone should experience it. Although the pubs are usually busy as they are, Harwich as a town is alone worth a visit (amazing history everywhere) so when the shanty festival is on it all adds up to an incredible weekend. Thank you Harwich for your support.

AP crew and transport will also be supporting our little folk festival again 🤩

Although specialising in stage logistics AP crew and transport will also do house moves and provide other logistical solutions. AP crew and transport are honest reliable and a very fair price. Pls keep in mind if you or others you know need to 'move it'.

Our Kentish friends Gozito are a very successful young company who are already spreading there wings nationwide.

Run by lovely people we at Pigs' Ear personally know and trust, they are kindly supporting our festival this year. Kent made fly screens installed by kind honest people.

Big news! We’re running our own food tent this year: 'The Trough'

Leave the camping stove at home. We’ve got you covered from morning to night with proper, delicious homemade food right on-site.

🧡 Where your money goes

Every single penny of profit goes right back into funding the festival (and that goes for the festival bar, too!). By grabbing a bite or a drink with us, you’re directly keeping the music playing for years to come.

🌱 The Menu (Veggie options available)

Morning: Fresh coffee, tea, and hot breakfast baps

Afternoon: Freshly baked cakes and pastries, crisps, soft drinks, nibbles

Evening: Home-cooked curries, chillies, pasta, burgers, and loaded fries...

🍽️ Bring Your Own Plate & Save

We want to keep waste to an absolute minimum. Bring your own reusable plate/bowl and cutlery, and we’ll serve your meal straight onto them.

To say a proper thank you for helping the environment, we’ll give you a small discount on your food!

It's affordable, homemade, delicious and run by the festival crew

See you at The Trough! 🍴

Another throwback to the brilliant (and brilliantly named) Chicken Shed Zeppelin from last year. They brought the house down.

Some tickets are still available!

What we all need as we get older is to watch a fully grown adult playing a vacuum cleaner... Hopefully at Pigs' on the Saturday night he will remember his didgeridoo.

We look forward to seeing you Didge Beat George.

He will also be doing a workshop on circular breathing on the Saturday afternoon so you too can play a vacuum cleaner!
