✨ Let’s be honest for a second, parents …..

Your child knows how to scroll. They know how to win, lose, level up, refresh. But do they know how to slow down? To breathe? To sit with a quiet mind and actually feel calm? 🧘‍♀️

That’s where we come in. 💖

At Dolled Up Pamper Party we don’t just do glitter and nails (although there’s plenty of that 🥰). We’ve taken everything magical about a pamper party and woven real mindfulness and mental wellbeing right through the middle of it. Cucumber slices on the eyes? Sure. But also breathing, calm, confidence and a little bit of self love that sticks with them long after the face masks are washed off. 🧖‍♀️🌸

This is what 20 years and a founder with a psychology background looks like. We’re not winging it. Every sparkle, every piece of every workshop or event has a reason. ✨

So while the world keeps telling our kids to do more, be more, go faster; we give them one perfect afternoon to simply be. 💫

What a summer we’ve had, and it’s down to you. Some of you found us this year, and some of you we now count as friends. We’re grateful for every one of you. Your support is what keeps us building the best experience we can for your family.

Our venue in Selby stays open all year, so there’s plenty still to come now the summer’s behind us. And you can bring it home too. The Mask Bar is available to take away, so you can create the whole experience yourselves at your own kitchen table.

The Mask Bar is committed to helping developing brains learn the importance of slowing down in a fast world.

Each mask and every drop of oil is really just a reason to sit down together and pay proper attention. Children get told to hurry up all day, and I wanted to make something that does the opposite. Ten minutes of calm, a bit of time to notice how you actually feel, and a quiet reminder that they are already enough, exactly as they are.

You don’t have to have a lot of people to have the best party ever! At Dolled Up Pamper Party you can enjoy the full party experience with any number. 3 children celebrated by learning how to do a spa facial at The Mask Bar, before diving into the chocolate fondue with strawberries, marshmallows, and waffles. Enjoying afternoon tea. Then onto nails, airbrush, tattoos, and festival glitter. Karaoke and dress up is of course obligatory 😂🤩😎🥳
