AI can be a great tool for inspiration, ideas and exploring placement, but it can’t replace the personal touch and experience of an individual artist. It doesn’t understand how size, placement, skin and longevity affect what detail can realistically be incorporated into a tattoo — or how a design needs to be adapted to work well on the body.
So, by all means use as a starting point, but work with your artist to create a design you’re both happy with
