Just a Reminder, NL Active Riddings (Riddings Community Hub) closes today! 📢

We will close at 1pm today (Sunday 30 August) as work begins to deliver important improvements across the building.

The gym and remaining areas of the centre will close from this time.

You can continue to stay active at other NL Active centres, with gyms, swimming and group fitness classes available across our facilities.

Good morning all, the roads leading into the site are all closed today due to the resurfacing. The site is still open but you may need to park on one of the side streets, we are unsure what time the roads are due to be reopened.

Road resurfacing works are taking place on Enderby Road outside the Hub. The Hub remains accessible by car, but traffic management systems are in place, so your journey may take a little longer than usual so please allow extra time.

Riddings Community Hub (NL Active Riddings) will close on Sunday 30 August 📢

The final stage of the phased closure of Riddings Community Hub is now approaching, with the gym and remaining areas of the building closing at 1pm on Sunday 30 August.

The closure will allow essential improvements to take place across the building, including a new roof, upgraded air handling systems, improved poolside lighting and refreshed customer areas.

We know the closure will mean some changes to your usual routine, but you can continue to stay active at other NL Active centres during the refurbishment.

💪 Fitness classes will continue at other NL Active leisure centres, including NL Active The Pods, NL Active Axholme North and NL Active Baysgarth.

🏋️ The nearest NL Active gym is at The Pods, which is open seven days a week.

🏊 Swimming is also available at other NL Active pools, including The Pods.

Same great classes, temporary new locations 📢

From 31 August, NL Active Riddings fitness classes will be moving temporarily while essential refurbishment works take place.

Don't worry, you can still enjoy many of your favourite classes at our other NL Active leisure centres, so you can keep up your routine with as little disruption as possible. 💪

Classes will be running at:
📍 NL Active The Pods
📍 NL Active Axholme North
📍 NL Active Baysgarth

From Group Cycling and Les Mills classes to Pilates, Kettlebells, Circuits, Thrive and more, there's plenty to help you stay active while the work takes place.

The swimming pool at Riddings Community Hub will close at the end of the day tomorrow (Friday 17 July) as part of the refurbishment programme. Timetables for swimming pools at other sites, including NL Active The Pods just a short distance away, can be found here 👇

Please note that the building closure is being phased over six weeks, so it’s business as usual for the gym and group fitness classes for now. Customers using these facilities will be kept updated as refurbishment works progress.

𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗥𝗶𝗱𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗛𝘂𝗯!

A £1.2 million investment is set to bring a refurbished swimming pool, modern changing facilities and major building improvements to Riddings Community Hub, creating an even better experience for our customers.

The swimming pool will close at the end of the day on Friday 17 July, with other areas of the building closing in phases over the following six weeks as work gets underway.

During the refurbishment you can continue to swim and stay active at any of our other sites, including NL Active The Pods, just a short distance away. All members and SwimLincs swimmers have been contacted via email with further information.

We're looking forward to welcoming you back to Riddings Community Hub when it reopens in February.
