F R A G M E N T S 🌀 my new experimental short film is out now on YouTube!!

✶ An individual in a strange land reflects on their metamorphosis through a poem. Inspired by Annihilation and the Southern Reach book series by Jeff VanderMeer ✶

Written, shot, edited and music by me :)

I had such a fun time exploring different visual techniques! Mixed media paper animation, macro shots, cosmos practical effects, motion extraction, crochet stop-motion and more!

The first mixed media film I ever made, ‘The Bridge’ will be playing at Cinetopia Film Festival in Michigan in 2 weeks! Would love for you to go see it on the big screen if you’re in the Ann Arbor area 💙

My new mixed media short film ‘Silver City’ is out now on YouTube! 🌀

One night, residents of Silver City are instructed to stay indoors due to what the authorities call “environmental irregularities”, but when a young woman’s cat escapes out the door, she wanders the city in search of him, and discovers what else is out there 🌃
