The Food Theatre, hosted by Peter Gott of Sillfield Farms 🍴

Our Fabulous Food Theatre will be compered by the ever-entertaining Peter Gott of Sillfield Farm. Among the celebrity chefs already confirmed for demonstrations are This Morning’s Phil Vickery, game specialist Tim Maddams and award winning Jade Greenhalgh.

Look out for the game butchery demonstrations from Honeywells, foodie recipes and inspiration from Luke Canning of award-winning 8 at Gazegill and something special from the Fleece at Dolphinholme 🌳🇬🇧

Put your clay pigeon shooting skills to the test at The Lancashire Game & Country Festival 🌳

Thank you to Blackpool Sporting Clays for organising the shooting at this year’s event.

Entry fees for the competition start at just £25, with cash prizes awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd places. Re-entry costs are £20.

There will also be a shoot-off on Sunday for the ‘top gun’, which will take the top 3 scores from Saturday and top 3 scores from Sunday and create the opportunity to take home a cracking £400!

People taking part in the clay shooting can park in the car park by the main entrance.

You must bring your own gun for the competition - it's open to all. We ask that all participants have a valid sh***un licence and use only fibre wads - without exception

You can also pay just £10 to ‘have a go’ at shooting, which will get you 10 shots and guidance from an experienced member from the BSC team. Own gun not needed.

Also joining us in the food theatre is Private Chef, Tim Maddams! 🍴

Tim is based in Moray, and regularly cooks across the beautiful Scottish highlands inside private homes, holiday retreats and lodges.

“I’ve spent more than two decades cooking professionally, most of that time in kitchens where standards are high and mistakes are noticed quickly. The upside of that sort of training is that when it comes to cooking for people properly, the fundamentals are well drilled in.”
