I’m hoping to take Monet Magic on the road. I’m also hoping to be able to give away free art materials and provide free instruction on how to use them to the local inhabitants. The ultimate aim is to help make Thailand famous for another kind of tourism. I’d like to turn Phuket into the St Ives of Southeast Asia. I lightened the sky, reshaped and lightened the hills and redefined the trees and bushes at the same time. I also softened the shadows and filled in the foreground. Finally I added the deep reds to the big tree. If you compare the pics side by side the differences become obvious. 👍👨‍🎨

Before I finish this, I hope everyone who has followed the workshop can spot the bits I haven’t done yet. 😬 My best advice - to take your result to the next level - is to remember when doing ‘stabbies’ or ‘machine gun clusters,’ it helps to change the ‘angle’ of those strikes. 👨‍🎨👍
