the 2026 marquee squad revealed this week and this is how we expect our Marquee stage to line up for our opening game on Friday July 17th ⚽️
A safe pair of hands sees Lollie starts in goal at noon with a rock of a defence to pass the ball out to as Freya picks it up on the penalty spot around 1300pm, then it’s an inside ball to Caitlin Painter and a chip over to soul street around 1600pm, a wide ball sees January Jam Band pick up the ball on the touch line just before 1700pm before seeing Timekeepers band run the clock down with some keep ball keepy up tactics. Our Captain, Captain Clap and his Burning Sensations demand the ball up in the centre circle at 18.45pm playing a precision volley to the chest of Michael Defreitas , who still has those quick feet for some nifty wing play, leading to a delicate 1-2 at the edge of the box between DJ Brett McMann & Mark Booth , and a House Party diving header puts the ball in the back of the net.
